Connection problems, quality problems - Only usable via cable.
Decent quality only when connected via the cable. About the Bluetooth dongle unusable, when after X attempts the dongle is finally recognized and the headphones are available as an audio source, the quality is poor for receiver and transmitter. The only remedy is to remove the dongle and connect it via USB cable. Various firmware updates of the headphones and dongle have not helped either.
Leaves few wishes unfulfilled
The audio quality is rich and dry, and is even suitable for listening to music and communicating. The setup was relatively easy as long as the Bluetooth dongle is used with Windows 10. However, if you want to communicate with the laptop via Bluetooth, the headset is shown as MediaDeviceServer (wrong profile) and cannot connect. With the cell phone, the connection worked right away. The highly praised EPOS app has little functionality and only starts when you allow tracking, which should hardly be necessary for a headset. Only the entire Bluetooth pairing list can be deleted. A single cancellation is not possible.

Top headset
Voice transmission is really excellent, music listening also goes very well, battery lasts very long and connectivity is also top (Bluetooth, audio cable, USB). Sennheiser quality.
