Is through after 3 years.
After three years it is through. was not used daily. Magnet for charging function broken and battery life has deteriorated dramatically.

Overpriced, overcomplicated and in the end, it failed!
I am both a former sound engineer and pilot, so had high hopes for this device, priced at the top of the range for Skype/Teams headsets. I would not buy it again or recommend to others.
The biggest issue is the software. Similar Plantronics devices "just work". A call comes in, put on the headset and "Answering call". Sennheiser - the chances are about 50% that the base has not re-connected to the iPhone when you get back to your desk or the the link base - headset is no longer connected.
I persevered but finally the base electronics failed anyway after about 3 months of use. The base started to flash an undocumented combination of LEDs and nothing worked any more. Back in the box to Digicomp - and back to my excellent Plantronics/Poly Voyager Vocus UC!Pro
- SIDETONE! Almost unique amongst phone headsets! Makes a huge difference!

- Manual covers about 8 combinations so is complex
- Not like other brands where you just pair it and use it!
