Nothing negative. You can't go wrong for the price. I've mounted it without the raised section, so it doesn't get in the way of any of my screens. I'm really happy with it!

The built-in cable duct offers space for at least 3 cables.
I didn't need any more, but there would have been room for at least one more cable.
