Grinder twice within 5 months!
Actually the perfect machine. You can insert/release the piston with one hand without the machine moving.
But: After 3 months, the grinder jammed completely. Received a new machine, whose grinder is also totally jammed again after 6 weeks.
And the beans from here (Delta Cafés Expresso Bar, art. no. 13057840) are definitely not to blame.Pro

Disaster
We have had to repair the machine three times within the warranty period. Time and again, the trigger mechanism for the grinder failed. De Longhi writes in the delivery note that nothing is broken. Disappointing that the customer is made out to be stupid instead of naming the defects. The fact is that the electronics of this appliance do not work in the long run. We used to be De Longhi fans. In the meantime, we would no longer buy a De Longhi machine with an integrated grinder.

Very good coffee, but very defective susceptible grinder
I bought the machine at the beginning of July 2022. Making coffee is easy and the coffee tastes very good. Today I sent it back for repair for the second time because the grinder stopped working again. In this price range, I expect much better quality. Therefore, only one star.
