Bye Bye docking station
I bought two of them and thanks to them I can do without a docking station for the laptop. All USB devices such as webcam, mouse, keyboard, lighting, fingerprint reader, etc. are connected to the two monitors. The monitors are connected via a USB-C cable. This not only transports the daisy chain but also the USB data. On the laptop, I just plug in the TB cable et voila.
I also tested the setup differently with the old docking station: I connected both monitors individually to the docking station via DisplayPort, connected the monitors to each other via USB-C and connected one monitor to the docking station via USB-C to USB-A. This means that all connected USB devices from both monitors are also available for the docking station.
The best thing is that all the necessary cables are supplied with the monitor.Pro

Good value for money
I use the monitor with a Mac Mini M4. The installation went smoothly, a Thunderbolt cable is included. A daisy-chain cable is also included, but no HDMI if you want to connect via this. Of course, the sharpness cannot be compared with a 5K Retina, but image processing still works well. The additional USB connection options are great, making an additional dock unnecessary.
