Constant loose contact, therefore unfortunately unusable
Tried the headphones twice and had the same problem twice. Despite the wearing comfort, I can't recommend them at all.

Out of order... at the reception
I received this device and hurried to charge the device to 100% as suggested. But the left device would make a sound (about 1 second), then announce a message in English, and shut down. On the other hand, the right one worked very well...
Unfortunately, the message was really incomprehensible (I speak English).
I asked around, and it seemed that the left one was not charging. I went on the web to see if this failure was mentioned. No. Then I looked at the problems mentioned on the manufacturer's website. No mention. And I would have liked to have a list of the "spoken" messages in the headphones, understanding that this type of message was valid for a headphone that does not charge. Unfortunately... nothing!
On the other hand, the Galaxus website is really easy to use for a "warranty" (or DOA) failure. Thanks for this support!Pro
