Speed is a lie
Unfortunately, I can't rate it any other way. although the disk exceeds the data sheet specifications in terms of read speed (which is actually the more important value), it has dropped by 3/4 in write speed.
Of the promised 2000Mbit/s, barely 500Mbit/s are left.
Don't get me wrong, it's still more than enough for 90% of applications, but it's simply misleading to talk about 2000 and then deliver 500. You calculate with 20 - 30% but not with 75% performance loss.
Cross-checks with colleagues have shown that they all have similar losses. This apparently happens regardless of the maximum size of the plate.
Corsair has really disappointed me with this product.Pro
