No buy recommendation
Got the headphones yesterday and they won't turn on. Even 8 hours of charging doesn't help.
If you look at "Questions and answers" or other reviews at digitec, you can see that many customers are currently affected by this.
In addition, there are suspiciously many "used" headphones from digitec for sale here.
All this does not speak for good quality and I can only advise against a purchase.Contra

Dead on Arrival - but no exchange but service centre trouble
The device cannot be switched on, even after hours of charging. This is not an isolated case, as you can read here. Digitec does not offer a DOA service. So it's not a simple exchange, but a hassle with the service centre.

I do not recommend this model at all. I am not the only one who has had the same problem with this offer.
I bought the headphones because there was a special offer. As a birthday present. Bad luck... They don't work at all.
Maximum disappointment...No buy recommendation
It broke on one side after less than 2 weeks. Sound no longer works but no external damage. Otherwise they would be good headphones but 2 weeks for 100 francs are not worth it. No recommendation to buy.

Well-known brand, passable sound, poor quality
In December 2017, I bought the BeatsX In-Ear in white. Initially I was satisfied, the sound quality was quite good (even if not outstanding), but now I come to a different conclusion: These battery-powered Bluetooth headphones have a significant shortcoming. Between August 2018 and March 2019, they were unfortunately defective 3x at regular intervals. During/after charging, the BeatsX no longer worked.
At least, thanks to the warranty, I was able to send them back to the competent repair partner Sertronics AG in Zurich without any problems and received new headphones.
Due to the poor and questionable quality of these expensive and well-known headphones (Beats & Apple), I unfortunately cannot recommend a purchase.This review was created for a different variant: BeatsX (8 h, Wireless)
Bad battery
Didn't buy the headphones here, but had the same problem as many others on the net report with the defective battery shortly after the warranty period expired :-(

I've always been an avid Beats listener anyway and the Beats X prove once again the good quality of Beats. The cable around the neck fits perfectly because it's flat and it's easy to use.
What's cool for IPhone users is that the Bests are tuned to and compatible with Apple, and the menu immediately shows when Beats X from ....... is connected. (the name you have saved for yourself in the iPhone)
Battery lasts an extremely long time, mine hasn't run out since the first charge, I've had the Beats for a week now and use them every day for 1-2 hours.
All in all very satisfied and happy with the new headphones.

Hipster junk at its best, fashionable to look at but ultimately useless, typical Beats!
Miserable voice quality of the microphone (from day 1, the conversation partners only complained, whether in the tram, outside or in the office!) After a little over 1 year, the sound in one of the two earphones sporadically failed.

Dead on Arrival - but no immediate exchange but service centre hassle (Sertronics Bullshit)
The device cannot be switched on after unpacking, not even after hours of charging. Apparently a lot of customers are affected by this. Digitec probably deliberately does not offer a DOA service! Now I have to deal with the service centre. Since Migros is behind it, it's getting more and more tedious. I will order even less here now.

Don't buy secondhand, Galaxus won't help you if it's faulty or doesn't arrive!
I feel cheated. The battery of the headphones lasts 20min, who gives such a thing in good conscience!!!

Stopped working
I have two pairs at home and both stopped working. It's a well-known issues with these earphone so give a proper read before you decide to buy this shi** :-)

Somewhat weak low tones by Beats standards.
You might think that it's a disadvantage that it still has a cable between the headphones, unlike the booming Ear Buds. But that's exactly what I find very practical, because this way I don't have to completely supply my headphones when I'm not listening (e.g. at the checkout in the shop) and I certainly don't lose them.
As mentioned, the bass tones are a bit weak by Beats standards. But since it is precisely the strong bass that is repeatedly criticised in tests, I don't know if it is an advantage or disadvantage. I'm used to a bit more from other Beats.Pro

Sound quality was impeccable at the beginning. But after about 6 months, the volume of the left earpiece decreased rapidly. In addition, I experienced ear pressure as soon as I used them. I had them repaired or replaced 2 times, but the process was always the same.

Unsatisfactory sound quality
The article arrived very quickly. I was very pleased about that! Unfortunately, the headphones fit very badly in my ear, even with the included attachments. And the sound quality is very disappointing. My other cheap headphones (29.90Fr) that I use for business sound worlds better.

Durability is poor
Works well. Sound quality good. The cable around the neck is cumbersome, too long for me. Headphones are difficult to power. Loose contact after one and a half years!
