Büro und Kino in einem
Mit dem iPad 8 ersetze ich mein iPad 6, welches mein Sohn übernommen hat. Ich bin begeistert von der Geschwindigkeit und dem größeren Bildschirm. Von der Qualität sowieso.
Ich brauche mein iPad, um unterwegs zu schreiben, wofür ich eine Apple-Bluetooth-Tastatur verwende (und die App Ulysses). Im weiteren dient es mir auf Reisen als Netflix-Abspielgerät. Mein MacBook Pro verwende ich seit längerem nicht mehr, weil dieses Setup völlig ausreicht.
Aus reinem Interesse habe ich einen Apple Pencil dazubestellt und dadurch meine alte Freude am Zeichnen wiederentdeckt (App: Sketches).
Was man hier für nur 349 Franken bekommt, ist wirklich beachtlich. …more

The same good reliable iPad, quick and snappy
Replacing the old iPad 4, the iPad 8 delivers the same but better. Slimmer and solid construction, nice finish on the back. Finger print recognized quickly, good camera coming with an adaptor with USB C to Lightning which in today's Apple product deliveries is a plus because you can use it for your future iPhone 12's and others! (not delivered).
Software is the newest with improvements taking some ideas from competitors but with the seamless integration hardware-software that only Apple can deliver, not yet matched.
