Schneider Electric does not offer repairs after the warranty has expired
Actually a good device. One should only be aware that the manufacturer does not offer a repair service after the warranty expires and does not provide any technical information to repair the device. In my case, the original battery was supposedly defective after 3 years, so I bought a new one for CHF 400. However, I had the same problem with the new battery as with the old one. So now I am stuck with a new battery for a device that most likely only has a small defect, but which I cannot have repaired anywhere (apart from the fact that as a former radio-TV electrician I could have repaired the device myself).
Quote from the manufacturer:
"we do not refuse (to repair the equipment), we just do not offer a repair service."
They "may" and do not want to provide the necessary schematics for a repair.Contra

Inexpensive but no longer usable after 3 years
The UPS works perfectly during the warranty period. After three years, however, problems with the battery power although the self-test indicates that everything is OK. The switching time is also suddenly so high that the devices notice the power failure.
