I can recommend

A pretty narrow fan with 4.5cm, but provides a decent cooling performance and is also very quiet. But is only good to install if you also come to the backplate of the mainboard. I am very satisfied with it.

You get what you pay for

I bought this cooler for a mini-ITX system with a Ryzen 5 5600X. What I don't like at all is that it is screwed to the motherboard without a base plate, so the motherboard can bend, which leads to a weak contact pressure of the heat sink, which in turn leads to a relatively weak cooling performance. So, you get what you pay for.

With Cinebench R23, this cooler achieved a score of around 9600 in the multithreading test, at a temperature of 91°C. The processor therefore throttled itself. So the processor throttled itself because of the high temperature.

By comparison, the stock cooler scored 10360 at 81°C, and Noctua's NH-L9a cooler scored 10471 at 78°C. more
