Product details
This is the base for all WisBlock modules from RAK Wireless. Two WisBlock sensor modules and one CPU module can be connected to the WisBlock Base Board. The modules are mounted on the board with the M2 screws supplied. The WisBlock Base Board supports 3 different power supplies as standard. Depending on the application, you can choose between 5V USB, 3.7V LiPo batteries and 5V solar panels or a combination. The WisBlock Base Board enables low power applications by allowing power to be switched on and off for the WisBlock Sensor and from another WisBlock category with slots.
RAK Wireless' WisBlock ecosystem offers compact and modular solutions to create your own IoT LoRaWAN nodes. A wide variety of CPU, sensor, and IO expansion modules can be mounted on a WisBlock Base Board. Unlike conventional plug-in connections, the modules are fixed to the base board with screws. This creates a secure and reliable mounting with industrial quality. Thanks to the modular and compact design, WisBlock is particularly suitable for applications in prototype construction in the professional or hobby sector.
