With the Qynamic Data SIM card, you can surf the internet worldwide and purchase additional data packages online through the Q app. The Global package includes countries such as Europe, the USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and South Korea. The Global Plus package includes additional countries like Canada, China, South and Central America, and Japan.

Registration

Download the Qynamic app from the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. You will need WiFi access. 2. Insert your Q-SIM into the device. Use SIM slot 1 in dual SIM devices. 3. 3. launch the Qynamic app and select "I am a new customer" and follow the process in the Qynamic app. 4. turn on mobile data and data roaming 5. if not automatic: set APN to "chili" (without quotes), if mobile data session are not established, please restart the device. 6. your Q-SIM is active and ready for use
