As far as I know this is not possible. But I don't think it will be necessary, bc the flash is going to freeze the action. Alternatively, Godox offers some similar products for macro photography that support hss.
No. Yongnuo has ignored Sony for years. However, there is the new MF12 from Godox for Sony as well. It is available in other stores. Here strangely not.
According to the manufacturer, this product is compatible with Canon E-TTL / E-TTL II systems.
The diameter of the filter holder on the lens should be checked. This flash can be mounted on diameters of 52mm / 58mm / 67mm / 72mm. The diameter is always noted on the front of the lens

yes this would fit. the 60mm has a filter thread of 52mm. Greetings KingRaven90
