Yes you can although it is quite an expensive solution. This is a fantastic multi purpose travel adapter, the best I’ve ever had but if all you want is U.K. to Swiss then there would be much cheaper options out there.
The Xlayer travel adapter supports plug types C (Europe), A (North America / Japan), G (UK) and I (Australia / New Zealand). However, it is not specifically designed for 3-pin Swiss charging cables, as these usually use type C or F, but often have a protective contact. The adapter is ideal for devices without a protective contact. If your cable has an earth contact, it may not fit.

The device definitely cannot convert voltage. You can only use it to operate devices that are suitable for the respective voltage at the socket. However, if your hairdryer is labelled "100-240VAC 50-60Hz", it can be used. Otherwise, you should not try it out under any circumstances.
