It comes with the overlay but you can remove it: Open Settings. ... Tap Applications and notifications. Tap on Advanced. It's at the bottom of the page. Tap Access to special apps. This is the last option at the bottom of the menu. Tap View over other apps. This is the fourth option from the top. Tap the application for which you want to disable the screen overlay. Press the OFF button.
