Hello Colin The "normal" devices are delivered in their original packaging and are not shrink-wrapped and touched by anyone in this country - in other words: brand new. A showroom device has been unpacked by someone and installed in the showroom at Digitec and, depending on this, more or less people have had it in their fingers - the devices are certainly cleaned or cleaned on the outside and then repacked (probably not welded!) - but they are not completely "pristine". There may be differences in the battery (you would have to ask Dicitec) in terms of "showroom: was operated on electricity and charged several times"... and of course the price (showroom a little cheaper). There is no bloatware installed. Recommendations are switched on. All apps can be uninstalled if they are not needed. The devices with installed additional junk are often direct imports from people trying to save a few francs in China. Unfortunately, many people then try to decry these recommendations as absolutely bad, but it is understandable that Xiaomi also generates some income with them. Many thanks for the delivery information! Just to clarify: on 26.04. the price for the Redmi Note 10 Pro here on Digitec was 229 Fr. That was probably a mistake, but of course many people grabbed it. No one is sure whether you can get it for that price now, but it was certainly worth a try. And for the price, many people certainly like to wait a little longer :)
