yep because hypercharge, bought it myself for my poco x7, charges when fast charge is activated about 2% per minute until it reaches 90%, from then on it gets a bit slower (possibly also inaccurate indication because the battery indicator has only calibrated itself correctly after a few charges/discharges) you shouldn't always charge fully anyway if you want the battery to be good for a long time
