I've had this happen before. I think you have to reconnect the remote control to the TV (i.e. hold down the Mi button and the Home button at the same time).
So that your question can possibly be answered, we have forwarded it directly to the community. This is because we unfortunately do not have an effective user experience with the product.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.galaxus.de/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.
I haven't connected a console, but the device is rubbish! My 12-year-old TV has a better picture and faster response time. Watching sports on this junk TV is already tedious, don't want to know how it behaves in games. Buy a brand-name set, this thing serves as a cutting pad at best.
Unfortunately, I don't know if you can stream via Chromecast from the same device using a hotspot. But you can set up the hotspot and use the Netflix app directly on the TV.
The device has Google Assistant and should be available as a device in your Home app as soon as you have logged in with your Google account. Then you can also use the commands e.g. ("turn device name on/off").
I never got the TV, because the Dhl driver does not know any doors or did not feel like it, then an employee of yours has made every effort that the package still comes to me, which was really great, unfortunately, Dhl despite the employee has received a confirmation from them that they send me the again sent back to their headquarters!
That was the story of my TV
Yes, Chromecast is integrated, which means you can easily display anything from your smartphone / tablet / laptop on the TV, as long as all the devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
