Question about Xiaomi L43M5-5ASP

I need urgent help, I bought the TV a few days ago for the bedroom so that my wife can watch Disney+, the TV is connected via wifi, the problem is that always after about 10 minutes where the TV is running, he crashes the whole internet, wifi in the ass and internet connection gone and comes only after the router reboot. Does anyone know a solution? Is it because of the TV? PS: This never happened with the TV we had in the bedroom before.
