Is this product compatible with Windows XP? Is the hard disk recognised? The software included is not interesting, I am trying to find out if the hard disk is compatible. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hello, there is no power switch. and no, I don't have a WDRed in it (but it seems to depend on the date of manufacture), I have a WD80EZZX.
