Questions about Wacom Bamboo Ballpoint Pen

According to the manufacturer it is only compatible with the following devices: Bamboo Folio/Slate (CDS-610, CDS-810) with the iPad is it not compatible. Bamboo Spark (CDS-600)

I assume that this should work. If not, you should be able to return the item if necessary.
