You have to find out for yourself what the viewing angle is in the room, I have it mounted slightly to the right of the TV, not in the middle. Good luck ...

Hi, the top two holes must carry the greatest load. Therefore, they must be deeper than the other two. If the bracket is not fully loaded, i.e. no 55" screen is hanging on it, you can also use a smaller dowel.... Cheers

hi probably holds securely is simply tested up to max 20kg. and the swivel mechanism will probably act a little differently than hoped. I would take these to be on the safe side ;D Vogels Wall 3345 (Wall, 65", 30kg) 32.- is better than - kabutter wall - kabutter tv - kabutter bracket arm - swivel not working properly hope this helps ;D Greetings

No, you do not need any additional parts, all the necessary screws are supplied. On some TVs, however, the threads are recessed a little deep in the housing, for which the TV manufacturer provides spacer screws. (This was not described in the scope of delivery for me, but was nevertheless present).

The TV weighs just under 19 kg without the stand. The 20 kg specified for the wall mount MUST be withstood by the mount in any case. Normally (especially the high-quality Vogels mounts) they can easily withstand 50% more. It is much more important that the bracket is fixed very well to the wall. In a nutshell: The wall mount should be sufficient in any case. However, if you want to buy something bigger in the future, you will have to buy a new bracket.

The Sony KD55AG8 is 123cm wide, the arm of the bracket is just under 50cm long when fully extended. Pivoting by 90º is not possible. The arm should be longer (approx. 65 cm).

Yes, this bracket works with this TV, you can check the bracket under "Specifications" to see which VESA dimensions are supported. The bracket says that 200 x 200mm are supported, so it also fits. :)
