Hello all I wanted to ask if anyone had the same problem, that as soon as you tilt the TV down that 20 degrees, it tilts right back. It seems like there is no resistance. Is the product broken or am I doing something wrong?

I don't have the problem, the wall didn't hold for me and I dismantled it again....
