In the video "How to Install" at second 2:00, two different depth holes are shown in the wall. Am I to understand that you can either make a 20mm deep hole or an 80mm deep hole? Or does it need both? Because I can't drill an 80mm hole in a wall that is approx. 70mm deep.
Basic question: How deep do the holes in the wall need to be effectively?

Hi, the top two holes must carry the greatest load. Therefore, they must be deeper than the other two. If the bracket is not fully loaded, i.e. no 55" screen is hanging on it, you can also use a smaller dowel.... Cheers
