Can I also use this multimeter to check whether there is a signal on the Internet line (the telephone socket is only connected to the Internet)? But I have 4 cables and not just 2 as with the power socket.)

Hello This multimeter can only be used to check whether there is voltage on the cables or a resistance. It is not possible to check whether an Internet connection exists. However, you can check whether the socket is connected or dead, provided that the two sensors can be attached to the plugs. Greetings
