just take them out of the box, if this does not work they are probably defective.

I suggest: Put the earphones in the charging case - charge them - open the lid - press the logos simultaneously for 10 seconds - take the earphones out of the charging case and place them close together on the table. Now the two should be paired.... Good luck

I had this problem too, had to have the Urbanista headphones replaced.
Hello, I also had this problem and could not solve it until now. Now and then it works again. ?!?! Try decoupling it.
Click on your account in the top right-hand corner, and in the drop-down list you will see "Returns and warranty":
"Return item".
From this point you will be guided through the process.

Yes, I had that too, one of them stopped working and wouldn't even connect to the box. Then I got airpods. They're almost as cheap now - I'd advise you to do the same.

Have you tried resetting it?
Put the headphones in the box and press the logo for 10 seconds until both headphones flash.
Then take the headphones out of the box and hold them close to each other, then try to connect with the Bluetooth.
First fully charge both earphones. This is described in detail on page 10 of the instructions for pairing for the first time. I had to repeat this twice, but then it worked.
Yes, there is one, but I don't know if they all work.

According to enquiries, they connect to the mobile phone via Bluetooth automatically after removal from the box (provided Bluetooth is activated on the mobile phone ;) ), after the connection has been established during initial use.
