Unfortunately, the answer is very disappointing dear Markuese. UE has NOT provided an app for version 1 of the Wonderboom. Therefore, no settings can be made. Only with V2 of the WB came support for stereo and the app. That's a money grab by UE, what they have done there. I left out WB2 and bought a Boom 3.

I also had this problem. You have to buy an adapter that outputs BT... BT put from radio. Personally, after several weeks of searching, I came across the following and installed it like this... wonderboom always connected to a usb source for charging. The radio (internetradio ((many more stations and connected via lan)) and dab+) connected to wonderboom with chinch cable. .
