The Easy Anticheat software thinks that LEDKepper is a cheat, hence the error message. Before starting The Devision 2, close LEDKepper (task manager). Then it should work. (Many rgb lighting software cause problems with Easy Anti Cheat).

The game is multilingual and can therefore also be set to French ;)

Probably not. As far as I know, the last Collector's Editions were only sold by Ubisoft via their online store.
