You have to contact the customer service yourself and make them aware that once again the work was only half done. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. In this case, the UniFi AP-AC-HD would not be the right choice. If range is an issue, I would recommend the Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-LR. LR in this case stands for Long Range and has a longer range than the rest of the antennas in the range.

Yes, in my case the PoE Injector was included along with a replacement power cable for CH (as the box contains a Schuko plug). However, it would be better to use an appropriate PoE switch than the injector. Kind regards

The UniFi controller (installed on a Win/Linux PC or virtual machine) controls AP, AP-AC-Pro, AP-AC-HD together. Roaming is seamless. https://nc.home.tjh.ch/index.php/s/Hcbq5k9MEbqibzQ
