Questions about Turtle Beach Stealth 600P Gen 2

Hoi zsame! I use this on my PC. So far all well and good. But the other day, after switching on the headset, Discord told me that my lovely voice could not be heard at all. So I checked the settings in Discord and in Windows. Audio output works, but the microphone doesn't. Does anyone have an idea how I can test whether the microphone is defective? When I "flip up" the mic, I get the acoustic signal. Even if I turn the 2nd control for the microphone "fully up", it sounds different in the ear cup. Merci for your help!

I bought this headphone and when connected to its dongle there is always a constant white noise coming from its speakers (tried with PS5 and macbook pro). Is this normal or should I send it back as defect?

Usb only. Excellent sound on ware zone you can hear all the footsteps. Super comfortable headphones with comfortable ear pads and a super light feel. Excellent price/quality ratio

Can I connect this headset directly to my TV? Or can I only connect it directly via my game console?

If your TV set has 1 USB slot for the USB transmitter of the headset, this should at least theoretically be possible. In this case, the TV set runs via the headset audio output and not "only" the game console.

Are the headphones compatible with the Nintendo Switch OLED? Supposedly it works on the old one, but it's probably different with the OLED version. Thank you.

What is it with all Switch users and their Turtle Beach headphones? But anyway, it works just like the old switch. You need the transmitter (small USB dongle that comes with the headset) then you need to connect it via USB-A to USB-C to the charging port or dock. Then everything works. Here is a sample product. But look for something cheaper, I think it's a bit expensive... Satechi USB A - USB C (0.15 m)

Hello Community! I am looking for a headset that I can use on the PS4 and on the PC. This 600P Gen 2 says Compatible PS4. Can anyone tell me if it works fully on the PC as well. By fully, I meant the fact that I can adjust the game volume independently of the voice chat volume (or the other way round ;) ) on the PC with these two controls on the side. Or does this generally work with the TB headsets and I just slept through/ messed up an installation on the PC?! Many thanks for your input! Happy, relaxing holidays to you all!!!

Hey Zilla I have used the same headset flawlessly on the PC and also on the Playstation. However, one of the wheels controls the volume of the game, for example, and the other controls the volume at which you hear yourself. Hope this helped you ☺️
