Hey Cedric, I've been using the headset since it was released and I haven't had any problems. Neither wired nor wireless. Have you ever thought about whether it's your connection, your computer or the person you're talking to? I find the headset to be top-notch (especially because I wear glasses), so I would rather check again whether you have interface problems.

I also had this headset. I also looked for it at the time, but didn't find anything. Even on the manufacturer's website, you can't see that the pads are sold separately.

Unfortunately, none of our suppliers offers the desired individual part. In such cases, we recommend asking the manufacturer directly.
Nope, this device doesn't have bluetooth. It connect with computer through included dongle

No. The headset can also only be operated in passive mode via Xbox. That's why I sent it back.

it lasts a long time like 30 hours i don't know of any wireless headset that lasts that long i would buy it again
