I have no bass on the subwoofer. I only have sound on the small speakers. Does anyone know the problem and the solution to it? Remark: Bass control switched on Tested several sources (laptop, Mac).

This should not be the case. It is difficult to determine this problem from a distance. Please record a warranty claim in your customer account.

Can I connect the speaker to the laptop? If so, do I need an additional cable?

The system is connected via a standard jack plug. So if you have a jack (like for normal headphones) on your laptop, it works.

do i need an extra sound card for these pc speakers? i have an asus Z170 pro gaming motherboard.

If the required connection is available on the PC, no additional sound card is needed.
