Hello, I am looking for a dashcam with which I can record, for example, drives through beautiful regions. So switch it on at some point, then everything is recorded and switch it off again at the end. Then transfer the video to the PC and edit it there. Of course, it would make sense for the camera not to overwrite the video again when the memory card is full. Is this camera suitable for this? Thank you.

No, you can't do that with this camera. It is designed to be data protection compliant and overwrites the data.

Is it possible to download the videos directly to the mobile phone via the WLAN connection or only watch them on the mobile phone during the connection?

Watch videos directly or download them, both possible via wifi with your mobile phone. Attention DATA PRIVACY version records ONLY the last 2min and is overwritten in a loop. I would recommend the normal version.

Hello is it possible to operate this dashcam in the car via USB? Respectively, is a USB connection included? Thanks for the help^^

A long cable with a power supply unit for the 12V connection is included. The device has a micro USB connection and can therefore be operated with any micro USB cable. (Should be a good quality one if you want to hide the cable as it has to be at least 2-3m long).

is it possible to switch off the assystent? i would only need the recording function.

Yes, I have done that too. With each press of the button, the current recording and the recordings before and after are saved. That means at least 1min before and after is saved. It also has a button for a photo.
