As you need a 2.5" HDD or SSD, you are limited to 4TB. We do not offer larger capacities in this form factor.
In general, HDDs are preferable for long-term storage, SSDs are preferable for faster read and write rates. I would go with an HDD here:

Gemäss Tapo webseite/FAQ nein:
"Thread Protocol Not Supported: Tapo H500 does not support the Thread protocol, so it cannot directly add Matter devices that rely on Thread."
