I use it on a 27", probably all depends on the distance of the screen where you are sitting. I did a test, at 1 meter it works very well, at 1.30 meters sometimes it doesn't see the face, so probably if with a bigger screen you go further there can be accuracy problems, if you're at 1 meter no worries.

I was able to check and currently we do not have the desired part in our range and are unable to procure it. Unfortunately, I can't say whether this will be the case in the future. Alternatively, I couldn't find a bracket that is guaranteed to fit in our range.

I am positively surprised by Eye Tracker 5, but it takes a lot of time and patience to set it up correctly. I have even used and tested it for Arma 2 and Arma 3. That is, infantry, vehicles, helicopters, aircraft. In the meantime, however, I bought a new monitor that is italic and I have to tinker with something so that I can put it back into operation. The thing recognises eye movements and head movement, both can be adjusted independently. It's important not to be too close to the monitor.

The Tobii does not know the screen. It is enough that the Tobii is attached (magnetically or with a glued holder) to the middle of the bottom of the screen. DCS has to recognise Tobii, but according to the documentation, it does. I fly MSFS with Tobii without any problem - good game!

Good question. It not only senses your head movements, it also senses your eyes. Works very well. But not suitable for conclave monitors. For gamers, you'll need a lot of time to fine-tune it. But then it's a joy. For simulations, tip top.
