I would like to use the ergophone with a cordless telephone: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/gigaset-e560-telefon-5912139?supplier=406802 Plug'n'Play did not work, what do I have to do to make it work?

I am looking for a suitable telephone solution for my severely visually impaired mother, 90 years old and with severe tremors. Is the Tiptel Ergophone 12 suitable? Do I need an additional device where I can talk?

The Ergophone 12 is of course well suited in this case. It must be connected between the telephone socket and the existing analogue telephone. In addition, the Tiptel can also be used for cordless telephones (DECT).
