(French) Oh, my ears and my heart, what sadness you have brought me, dear listeners! It was as if we had met, full of hopes and expectations, but how disappointed I was... Firstly, that mystical link via QR code, promising a whole new world of possibilities, turned out to be nothing more than a path to nowhere. Turns out you have to download the app on the sly, like a secret agent on a mission, and the result? Silence. And not just any silence, but a deafening silence, like your non-operational functions. Let's continue our epic. Here I am, full of enthusiasm, waiting for a miracle from the real-time function. I dreamt that these headphones would translate my words for my foreign friend, how we would laugh and communicate without borders. But what is the reality? It turns out, dear headphones, that you need pauses to think, as if you were a chess player before an important move. "Instant translation'? More like instant disappointment! And here I am, on the threshold of tomorrow, planning to return these technological marketing liars to the shop. They didn't live up to the salesman's promises, they didn't live up to my expectations, and they certainly don't deserve a place in my home. Friends, listen to my painful experience and avoid those headphones, no matter how well spoken they are. For now, the world of technology and real-time magic remains beyond our reach, and we're just dreamers, yearning for a miracle. In short, if to sum up: "bin those headphones." For now, technology and us are like the fox and the grapes in the fable: it seems so close, but you can't bite into it. Let's wait for headphones to get really smart, but for now... let's talk the old-fashioned way - eye-to-eye, even if it is via Zoom.

But what is the question in brief? It is true that I had to try and try again several times to activate the Bluetooth connection, but once connected they do a very good job of translating with all the languages I tried. Try the procedure again until the connection is established. If it really doesn't work, it may be that you have received a defective item. Greetings

(English) Oh, my ears and heart, how much sorrow you have brought me, dear headphones! It seemed we met, full of hopes and expectations, but how great was my disappointment… Firstly, this mystical link via QR code, promising me a whole new world of possibilities, turned out to be nothing more than a path to nowhere. It turns out you have to download the app sneakily, like a secret agent on a mission, and the result? Silence. And not just any silence, but a deafening one, as from your non-working functions. Let’s continue our epic. Here I am, full of enthusiasm, expecting a miracle from the real-time function. I dreamed of how these headphones would translate my words for my foreign friend, how we would laugh and communicate without borders. But what’s the reality? It turns out, dear headphones, you need pauses for thought, as if you’re a chess player before an important move. “Instant translation”? More like instant disappointment! And here I am, on the threshold of tomorrow, planning to return these technological marketing liars back to the store. They did not fulfill the seller’s promises, did not meet my expectations, and certainly do not deserve a place in my home. My friends, heed my sorrowful experience and steer clear of these headphones, no matter how beautifully they are spoken of. For now, the world of technology and real-time magic remains beyond our reach, and we are just dreamers, yearning for a miracle. In short, if to sum up: “to heck with these headphones.” For now, technology and us are like the fox and the grapes in the fable: it seems so close, but you can’t bite into it. Let’s wait until headphones become truly smart, but for now… let’s better talk the old-fashioned way – eye to eye, even if through Zoom.

Hello Zsolt, I have been living in Hungary for 2 years and bought this part especially for this purpose. Save yourself the money, with the mobile and Google Translate you are just as badly served. The translators get Hungarian more bad than good. If you buy anyway, one earphone and the mobile are enough. Two headphones just for learning, is being implemented as far as I know.

Hello Martin That would work with the touch mode. It is important that you speak more clearly for accurate translation and have a good internet connection (wifi/mobile network).

Hello Olaf.zuberbühler The WT2 Plus translates from Polish into German and from German into Polish as well. At the moment, the translator only works in online mode. However, a function in offline mode is planned, but the date has not yet been set when this will work for your requested languages. (The first languages in offline mode have been announced for the March update). Kind regards Team_VMAX

Hello Jana Thank you very much for your message. In principle, you can do this via the speaker mode, but the device is not quite suitable for this, as you would have to activate the translation after each sentence and would therefore not hear 100% of everything at the meeting. Kind regards Team_VMAX
