Can you confirm whether the streamer allows optical digital input, for example from a TV? On the Teufel website, it mentions only output, but on the tech sheet here it mentions both input and output.

No, only the output is optical digital, input is only analogue with RCA plugs. Or Bluetooth.

The streamer is currently not available. Is this only temporary or is the device definitely no longer available?

The device is currently not available, but it is not sold out yet, so it is possible that we will receive another delivery in the future. It is best to add the item to your watch list so that you will be informed when the streamer is available again.

I have had a Teufel streamer since yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't manage to connect the device to a WPA/WPA2 encrypted WLAN. It works with an open WLAN (without a password). I have tested that the signal strength is not the problem. According to the Teufel website, the streamer should support WPA2. The software is up to date. Do you have any good tips for this problem?

there should be a WPS button on the router, if you press it while the devil is connecting it should work.

I am looking for a replacement for my Sonos Connect (as they now collect data & have account compulsion). Is this product suitable as a replacement? It mainly needs to stream from my music server on the LAN, be multiroom capable and play internet radio. It does NOT collect data and does NOT require an account.
