Yes, as soon as the Speedphone is running, you have to go to the router settings in the web browser. To do this, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address line, then log in with the router password (found on the bottom of the router). On the right-hand side you will find "Telephone connection". There you go to the settings wheel (next to it is DECT) and then press "Pairing". As soon as a signal tone/message appears, the Speedphone is ready for use.

Hello Betinna If you have a Sunrise router, i.e. Sunrise offers your internet connection, you can proceed as follows: As soon as the Speedphone is running, you have to go to the router settings in the web browser. To do this, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address line, then log in with the router password (to be found on the bottom of the router). On the right-hand side you will find "Telephone connection". There you go to the settings wheel (next to it is DECT) and then press "Pairing". As soon as a signal tone/message appears, the Speedphone is ready for use. This should work in a similar way with other providers. And otherwise I would simply call the support of your provider so that they can help you. :)
