I own an A7R2 (full frame 42MP) and when I set the appropriate filter on the Tamron site then this lens also appears with the note "Use the lens by adjusting the image area of the camera." Does anyone have experience of using this lens on a full frame Sony? How is the sharpness?

Does this lens fit a Sony Alpha 6000, which I bought yesterday at digitec? Are there any limitations such as less autofocus speed, etc.?
