Do you still have a guarantee? Then simply exchange it or get your money back. My DS1815+ also had this, unfortunately it's a known fault. I now have a DS1817+ and so far it is running well.
Synology says it has done the Intel fix on the motherboard. However, the CPU itself is still the broken version. The additional warranty only applies to models without the fix.
