I received the DS1815+ on 26.07.2017 and put it into operation afterwards. On 5.04.2020 the unit simply switched off and would no longer start. What can I do to get the unit replaced? It can't be that I have a DS1813+ that still runs without errors and the new device simply breaks down after less than 3 years.
Do you still have a guarantee? Then simply exchange it or get your money back. My DS1815+ also had this, unfortunately it's a known fault. I now have a DS1817+ and so far it is running well.
