Hello Tahoe I don't know if you can connect the Earbuds to your PC. But theoretically it should work if it has Bluetooth. They don't really fall out when you walk, you just have to have the right size. The range is about 10-15 metres (even around the corner of a building). I hope I was able to help you. Unfortunately, an earbud must always be used. With these, too, it is the left one.
