No question but.... the adapter is not 3.1 capable, it is blue and according to the description "connection main device USB 3.1" but the corresponding contacts are missing. Please fix this, it's annoying when you have to order such things twice.

I am surprised that the USB standard: 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) is still stated under the description, although there has been negative feedback that it is only the USB 3.0 standard (= USB 3.1 Gen 1, equivalent to 5 Gbps). USB 3.0 is stated under the specification (= USB 3.1 Gen 1) Can this please be corrected?

Unfortunately not, because it's a USB-C to USB-A adapter. The iPhone 12 has a Lightning port.

Hi. Unfortunately I can't charge my i-Pad pro with this USB adapter. What is the reason for this? Did I order the wrong one? What do I have to watch out for? Product suggestion?

Try again with other USB sockets, e.g. on the PC. I was not able to charge the iPhone at a USB socket (it is not defective) with the adapter, but I was able to charge it at all other sockets.

I have a laptop with USB 3.0 ports. I want to buy the Inseego 5g MiFi M2000 hotspot. This one only has a USB-C (male) connection. Will I be able to connect to the Internet via this hotspot with this UBS-C (female) / USB-A (male) adapter while powering it?

Yes, this adapter transfers both data and power.

We have a projector with an HDMI-USB-C cable but our laptop only has a USB-A plug, could we use this adapter to connect our laptop via the USB-C - HDMI cable to the projector? We tried an HDMI-USB-A adapter from Galaxus but it didn’t work unfortunately. (The problem is not with the cables). Many thanks

No, since USB-A doesn't have the required pins to carry HDMI signal (so your laptop doesn't output video signal on USB-A). Doesn't your laptop have any video outputs at all? What model is it? Also, what model of HDMI-USB-A adapter have you tried?
