I can't say "in comparison" because I don't own the other headphones. However, in my opinion, the Siberia headset has very good sound localisation.

Sure, I have the setup exactly the same. Xbox One X, PS4 Pro and Apple TV 4K are connected to the TV, and the wireless transmitter of the headset is connected to its optical output. However, some TVs cannot output a Dolby Digital 5.1 signal via the optical output, so it's just stereo.

If you want to use the microphone of the headset, simply connect the USB cable to the PS4.

According to the manufacturer, it has virtual 7.1 sound. I find it rather weak compared to a Logitech G35 or a Triton Pro+.
The big advantage of the Siberia 840 is that you can switch between different audio sources (I had PS4 and Mac and PC connected).
