Yes, there are a total of two batteries in the scope of delivery.
There was actually a price error here, thanks for pointing it out! This offer is for the PlayStation version of this headset, otherwise there is no difference between the two offers.
I just went to the Steelseries Website. There are just two Versions of this Product: The PC/Playstation version and the XBox version. Why Digitec has three listed here (none of which have accurate specs btw.) is about a much a mystery as to why a product that hasn't a NFT built into it jumps in price by %30 in about a month. It's just Digitec being more invested in marketing nonsense rather than actually being a good retailer.
You can connect both computer with USB yes. However, I'm quite sure you will not be able to ear both computer at the same time, you will have to switch manually (with the base station) between the two inputs. BT instead will come together with the other input. Note that if you want to hear both computer at the same time you might connect one with the line in input.
Sorry for the English reply. Yes, this is the version on which one usb-c port is dedicated to xbox. The dedicated port will also work with PC, but not all the features of the headset will be available. Therefore, if you wish to connect the headset to your PC and something else at the same time (e.g. playstation) and you don't plan on ever buying an xbox, the other version is better. But the price difference is crazy indeed.
I was able to do some research and unfortunately we don't have the matching ear pads in our range. It is currently unclear if and when we will receive them. In this case, the manufacturer is therefore the best address for such spare parts.
As far as we know, the product with the suffix "P" is only the PlayStation version, which is otherwise technically identical. The difference to the older model lies primarily in the new functions such as active noise cancellation with transparency mode, two USB-C ports for simultaneous connections, improved padding and suspension as well as the Infinity Power System with replaceable batteries. The product thus offers more comfort, flexibility and longer runtime. Overall, it has more modern features and is the better choice in most respects.
Unfortunately, we do not have the battery in our range, but it can be purchased from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any suitable pads for the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless in our range.
The following is included in the scope of delivery: - Headset - Wireless base station - USB-C to USB-A cable
It is the same product. We source our products from different suppliers to ensure availability as far as possible. As soon as a supplier does not have the item in stock, we switch to a supplier with higher availability. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. There can be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We therefore work with daily prices. See here: galaxus.ch/en/wiki/6028

You can charge the headphones directly via the USB-C port, not just via the station and battery swap. The USB-C port serves as a charging input for the headphones.
Automatically generated from the .Personally, I've never had any problems with this and I don't really understand it. The microphones are inside the shell and you wear the headset so that the cushions are on your ear. There are no microphones that lie directly on the edge. This can only happen if the cushions are extremely compressed. Alternatively, you can buy other cushions. The software is certainly not the best. But I almost only use it for updates. Otherwise, the settings directly via the base station are enough for me. It certainly depends on what you expect from a headset software. There are probably better products (e.g. Elgato).
In fact, the market price for the white version is generally lower, which can be attributed to lower demand.
According to our information, the black variant of the product is from the 2022 release. The 2024 update with the modified notch applies only to the white version.
The main difference between the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro (manufacturer no. 61526) and the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (manufacturer no. 61524) lies in the connectivity and some additional functions: - Connectivity: Arctis Nova Pro (61526): Can be used both wired and wireless. Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (61524): Supports wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and can also be used wired. - Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (61524): Features active noise cancellation to minimise background noise. Arctis Nova Pro (61526): Does not have active noise cancellation. - Battery life: Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (61524): Offers longer battery life compared to wired use. - Additional functions: Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (61524): Has better audio consistency and is more versatile due to wireless use.
Unfortunately, I can't give you an exact answer, but the station has a 3.5 mm jack connection as an input. The headset itself allows a simultaneous Bluetooth connection in addition to the connection to the station. I hope it helps anyway.
Hello, Unfortunately, we don't have access to these spare parts, but you can get them here on the manufacturer's website: https://fr.steelseries.com/gaming-accessories/arctis-nova-pro-ear-cushions-leatherette
From the official SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless website: "All models are equipped with two direct USB system ports, but only the Nova Pro Wireless for Xbox can be connected to the Xbox via a dedicated Xbox port (the second USB port is flexible for PC, PlayStation 4/5, Nintendo Switch or Mac)."
Hey, the ear cups can be replaced. They are only "clipped". I ordered the cooling end on AliExpress.
It does not work with 2 devices in one Bluetooth channel. It can connect with PC/Xbox/Ps5 (what you buy) and with mobile in BT channel. When someone calls, sound from the Arctis gets a little quieter.
Simultaneous use of 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth is possible. This allows game and mobile device audio to be mixed.
We can only offer you the original ones here, as we do not have the opportunity to test different ones and therefore cannot guarantee the fit. You are welcome to post your question in the discussions to increase your reach. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/community/producttype/gaming-headset-1599?tagIds=1-805
The headset establishes the connection to an external device. I have not been able to establish a direct connection. I don't need to, just connect the device via USB and it is paired immediately.
Hello, what do you mean by "jak"? You can hear the noise when you connect with Bluetooth. You have to switch off the NC to eliminate it. This is how it worked for me.
There is a special "X" version of this headset, optimised for Xbox (and other systems): SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro X Wireless (Kabellos)
