Can I then print directly from my iPhone using the airprint function?

Is there a print server with which I can print directly from the Ipad via the print server to which a USB printer is connected without a network? Or generally from the Ipad directly to the printer which has wifi and USB but I have no network / internet. Does anyone have any ideas?

I bought the StarTech Wireless-N with exactly the same idea, but it never worked, or rather I never got the thing to work, the instructions are unusable and nothing can be found on the internet either, I would keep my hands off this product, lg Philipp

Unfortunately, I cannot configure the print server. It is recognised during setup with PSWizard, but the infrastructure settings are never applied. Can anyone help me?
