Questions about Star Trading LED

Hello, I need a lamp for the main room of my house. I have to buy a slim one because the hole in the cover of the lamp I already have is very small. Do you think this lamp would be suitable while we use the room for reading and dining indoors? Thanks

I bought the lamp as a replacement for an Osram Halolux 100W. Unfortunately, it sometimes flickers very strongly when dimmed. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? Either a different LED bulb or a suitable dimmer for the cable? Thanks for your suggestions
