@Galaxus With this specification, power supply via USB is probably not correct. According to the instructions, the device is connected directly to the socket. I would also be very surprised if there was enough power for the device via USB and it would also be impractical.

I have been using the device for 3 weeks. Since yesterday I have been really shocked. When I opened the appliance, everything was contaminated. Regular cleaning, which means weekly, judging by what I found yesterday... Disgusting. And this in a modern Minergie flat.

Hello, thank you for your feedback / question. Basically, it is recommended to clean the air washer every 2 weeks, i.e. to decalcify it. Of course, this always depends on various factors such as the place of use or the water hardness. The discs on the George disc pack filter particles from the air - these then remain in the water tray. You can easily clean the evaporator discs and water tray in the dishwasher. How often does the appliance need to be serviced (cleaning the filters, refilling the water, descaling, etc.)? Is there a lot of condensation on certain surfaces? I would like to use the unit in the office (with many electrical appliances), as our air is dust-dry and the air quality is very poor. Thanks a lot
